Reconnect deeply with your body, mind, and emotions.
Healing Hearts Through Connecting Touch® is Patricia's specialized massage including blending of the various modalities of somatic practices she's been trained in. She began her bodywork career in 1990. Her work focuses on the whole person -- integrating body, mind, spirit, and emotions. Patricia believes that to be fully alive, one must become more aware of his/her body's sensations and feelings. Listening to what the body says, since the body never lies, opens up greater possibilities for better health and well-being. She strives to create and provide a comfortable and safe space to encourage healing and a profoundly relaxing experience.
Receive this healing touch and give yourself the
opportunity to connect to your true essence and
overcome unconscious limitations that hold us back in life. Rosen Method bodywork is a particular method of touch that bypasses the thinking mind, reaching past the body and into the person, inviting the client into a state of embodied self-awareness. This is the feeling state of awareness which is in the present moment: being aware of body sensations and any emotions/feelings. Unresolved feelings and emotions get held in the body through muscle tension. Our shape, form and body posture tell the story of our lives. Tightly held muscles literally hold us back in life. This bodywork addresses the unconscious muscular holdings in the body, allowing the release of muscular tension and creating the opportunity to heal. Rosen Method bodywork is a holistic process of deep body-mind-spirit exploration.
